Refund Policy

We want every player to get real value from working with us. If something isn't right, contact us at jackson@volleyrecruit.ca and we'll do our best to fix it.

Free highlight video score

The highlight video score is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Recruiting Assessment

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your call for a full refund.
• You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the call, or missed calls, are not refunded.

Full Recruiting Plan

• Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as no calls or reviews have taken place.
• After work has started, the plan is not refundable.
• If you completed a Recruiting Assessment first, its cost is credited toward the Full Recruiting Plan.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
