Volley Recruit ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it. We are based in British Columbia, Canada.
What we collect
- Free highlight video score: your email address, a link to your highlight video, your position, grad year and target level.
- Paid services: your name and contact details, information you share about your volleyball career, grades and goals, and notes from our calls.
- Payments: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
We only ask for a link to your video. We do not ask you to upload or send us video files.
How we use it
- To review your video and send you your report
- To deliver the services you book, including calls, reports and follow-up
- To send you recruiting tips and information about our services by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business, such as our website host, form provider, email service, booking tool and payment processor. They only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada.
We do not contact coaches or share your information with schools or programs unless you ask us to.
Players under 18
Many of the players we work with are under 18. We collect only what we need to provide our services. If you are under 18, we encourage you to involve a parent or guardian before using our services, and a parent or guardian may contact us at any time about their child's information.
How long we keep it
We keep free score submissions for up to 12 months and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails, by contacting us at jackson@volleyrecruit.ca.
